Developer of the Black Ops series Treyarch Studios have long had an affinity for Easter-eggs and community driven mysteries, and in August this year presented the community with yet another rabbit-hole to explore – as part of their release campaign for Cold War. The Youtubers released their respective videos on the packages, and the Call of Duty community waited in anticipation to see how this ARG would unfold – culminating in the Youtubers ‘unlocking’ the Cold War teaser trailer to the public through their strange terminals.
